Shipping FAQs

You can also login to essentialonlinehub.com and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status.
Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 2 – 9 working days.
All orders worth ₹1199 or above, will be shipped free of cost.
We will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance.
Don’t worry, we’ll hold your order for 10 days. After that we’ll return it to the warehouse.

Payment & Return FAQs

Yes! You can cancel an order as long as we havent packed it for you. we refund the entire amount paid for the order.
Please login with your credentials and visit the My Account section. Select the order you want to return and click on Return/Exchange
Please log in to your account. Click on My Account section at the top right corner of your screen3. Select the order/item you want to cancel 4. Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it. The order has been cancelled
You do not need to return the whole order. Just return the items you don’t want.
You should confirm the code shared with you via SMS with the number on the packet before accepting the shipment.
